The SBANT Adult Advisory Committee is inviting our SBANT adults for an afternoon of socializing, meeting new friends and spending time with other Spina Bifida adults at Painting with a Twist! We feel that this is a great opportunity for our adults to meet their peers and learn more about each other, as well as share knowledge, tips and support for each other. See the flyer below for more details! We will be painting the picture below.
We ask that you RSVP your attendance ASAP. If you are participating, you must RSVP by April 15th . The cost is $15 per person. We are limited to 15 spots, so register early before you miss out!
SBANT will be providing snacks and non-alcoholic beverages for you to enjoy. You may bring your own adult beverages but ask that you drink responsibly.

The Spina Bifida Association of North Texas is committed to providing safe and responsible Events.
During this time of Covid we are asking that if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please refrain from attending the event.
Fever or chills * Cough, Headache or Sore throat * Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue / Muscle or body aches * New loss of taste or smell * Nausea or vomiting or Diarrhea

INSURANCE WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM
The undersigned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Spina Bifida Association all costs expense, and liability arising out of my or my guest's participation in this event. I do hereby waive all claims for damage or loss to me or my guest's person or property which may be caused by an act, by the Spina Bifida Association of North Texas, its officers, agents or employers arising directly or indirectly from my or my guest's participation in this event. I grant full permission for the Spina Bifida Association of North Texas to use photos, videos, film or any other record of this event in which I may appear for a legitimate purpose.
